Sharon Stone’s suing the construction company that screwed up a major remodel at her Beverly Hills home.  Sharon is suing the general contractor she hired in 2013 to redo her master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen and powder room …including some fancy upgrades like heated floors. The original estimate for the renovation was $225,000.

In the suit, she says much of the work on her home was royally screwed up. Controls for her heated floor were installed in the shower …exposing them to water intrusion, and a puncture in the floor of the shower, which led to leaks.  Besides the alleged shoddy work, Sharon says the contractor didn’t even get city permits to do much of it.

Sharon Stone already unloaded another Beverly Hills estate she bought in April 2006. That home was put on the market for $11,500,000. an amazing $1,000,000 price chop and just $500,000 more than she paid for the place. A beautiful gated five-bedroom home sitting on about five acres. Listing agents told The Times that the “Basic Instinct” star, liked the 9,000-square-foot spread, complete with a guest house, tennis court and meditation garden, at first sight, but later decided not to move in.

The contractor clearly never saw Basic Instinct, you don’t mess with a woman like Sharon. To prove she still has it here is a recent bare all shoot the award winner did at 57 years old.
